Complaints Procedure

CRE Venture Capital (‘CRE VC’) has grievance and/or whistleblowing mechanisms enabling internal and external stakeholders to raise concerns about the fund manager, applicable funds, and portfolio company activities.

From time to time, despite its greatest efforts, CRE VC may receive complaints from Advisory Clients or Investors regarding CRE VC’s investment advisory services or related matters. Complaints can be reported by completing the form below and CRE VC will respond in an appropriate timeframe.

All complaints will be treated as confidential, and the fund manager will protect complainants from retaliation.
